Hi, I'm Sylvia.

Welcome to The Zoë Haus

A home for your journey to wholeness.

Zoë comes from the Greek word zōē (ζωή), meaning life—a word that speaks to the fullness, vitality, and depth of living.

Haus is German for home.

Both are part of my heritage, but together they became something even more meaningful to me: a home for life. A place to restore, rebuild, and become.

Because I don't believe wellness should be about simply getting through the day.

I believe you were made to feel strong, capable, nourished, and fully alive.

I’m a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner helping midlife women stop merely getting through the day and start thriving—with evidence-based nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits that support lasting health.

For years, I believed that feeling exhausted, inflamed, disconnected from my body, and frustrated with my health was simply something I had to accept.

Living with Hashimoto's and navigating the changes of perimenopause taught me otherwise.

My own journey became a turning point. I wanted to understand what was happening beneath the surface—not just manage symptoms or accept that feeling unwell was simply part of getting older.

That curiosity led me to study integrative health, nutrition, fitness, and behavior change, so I could better understand not only my own body, but how to help other women understand theirs.

Today, I combine evidence-informed coaching with compassionate, personalized support to help women create meaningful change through nutrition, movement, lifestyle habits, and sustainable behavior change.

Because I know firsthand how discouraging it can be to feel like you're doing everything right—only to be told that your labs are "normal" while you still don't feel like yourself.

That's why I don't believe in handing women another generic meal plan, restrictive diet, or one-size-fits-all protocol.

Instead, my work is about helping you understand your body, recognize what it may be asking for, build confidence in your choices, and create habits that support your health for years to come.

This philosophy is at the heart of The Becoming Method™, my signature approach to integrative wellness.

Together, we look beyond quick fixes and focus on the foundations that create lasting change—discovering what your body needs, restoring those foundations, rebuilding sustainable habits, and ultimately becoming the woman you want to be.

Because becoming healthier isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about coming home to yourself.

And that is what The Zoë Haus is all about.

You deserve more than simply getting through the day.

You deserve to feel strong.
You deserve to feel capable.
You deserve to feel at home in your body.

You deserve to feel fully alive.

I'm so glad you're here.
